As winter seems to drag on, we long for Spring and warmer weather. Believe it or not, winter is still a time when ingredients for some of our products start to be harvested. One of them is maple sap.
Spring has sprung at The Frenchman’s Corner. We’ve received our first shipments of items for Easter and Spring. Neuhaus has introduced a wonderful selection of eggs with fantastic fresh spring-like flavors like: lemon, raspberry-rose, jasmine, orange blossom and violet. The adorable little pig truffles are back again.

The traditional new year begins with the Chinese lunar calendar which, this year, begins on February 5. The new year starts with the first new moon that falls between January 21 and February 20.
