Originally from south central Pennsylvania, Edward moved to VA in 1997 with his spouse and finally to Culpeper in 2013 when they decided to purchase a pre-civil war antebellum home. The home needed a lot of work to bring it back to life. It has been and remains to be a lot of work, but every bit of it has been incredibly rewarding.
His professional background is a combination of clothing and costume design and construction from his university years and five years with The Washington Opera. From the opera, he moved into advertising and marketing careers over a 20 year time span.
Fine food and sweets have always been a special interest so when the opportunity to take over The Frenchman’s Corner it seemed like a perfect opportunity to join the retail community here in Culpeper. He plans to continue the same kind of welcoming and white glove service that The Frenchman’s Corner has provided to its devoted clientele and visitors to Culpeper for many years to come.
