Delicious Lemon and Dark Chocolate Florentines from the MAISON DE FLORENTINS. Made by hand in our workshop near Nantes. A traditional recipe richer in almonds, butter and cream, based on nougatine coated in chocolate, without eggs, flour or gluten.
The acidity of the candied lemon peel meets the bitterness of the 63% cocoa dark chocolate  The rich nougatine made from flaked almonds is delightfully crunchy. The honey adds a touch of sweetness.
No GMOs, No palm oil, No preservatives, No artificial flavouring.
12 Florentines that recall the generosity of the traditional recipes of the past. Delicious with coffee or tea.
Ingredients: 24% French Dark Chocolate with 63% Cocoa, Sugar, 16% Flaked Almonds, 8% Currants, 7% Candied Lemon peel, Fresh Butter, Cream, Candied Orange Peel, 5% Honey.
