Summertime

Spring is here and now almost gone.  The weather has gotten much warmer and is starting to verge on hot now.  The children are out of school or soon to be out of school.  At this point, lots of people are turning their attention to maintaining their lawns and gardens and looking forward to summer vacations, picnics, etc.

The Frenchman’s Corner is here to help you with treats and snacks for those summer picnics, road trips, summer teas in the garden.  We have a wide range of spices for all of those summer Bar-B-Ques.  Teas, scone mixes and preserves for afternoon garden teas.  We also have a selection of summer peanuts that would be perfect for those summer picnics; flavored with Key Lime, Apple Pie or Strawberry Shortcake. You might think that these sounds like strange flavors to go with peanuts.  Maybe they are, but you might just be surprised by exactly how good they are.  And, by all means, don’t forget about our Italian gelato and frozen mascarpone desserts.  It is available for take out or eating in and is the perfect way too cool off for a bit in the summer heat.   We hope to see you at the store soon.  Let us know how we can help you.  Have a great summer!
