The family of "Manon" pralines is believed to be named after Suzanne, daughter of Jean Neuhaus. Suzanne Neuhaus was a well known opera singer. In 1942, she achieved fame in the role of "Manon Lescaut" in the famous opera "Manon" written by Jules Massenet. This milk chocolate Manon is a perfect blend of light butter cream with praliné, enriched with caramelized hazelnut pieces and the sweetness of milk chocolate.
