Manon Vanilla Butter Cream

The family of "Manon" pralines is believed to be named after Suzanne, daughter of Jean Neuhaus. Suzanne Neuhaus was a well known opera singer. In 1942, she achieved fame in the role of "Manon Lescaut" in the famous opera "Manon" written by Jules Massenet. This elegant white chocolate Manon is filled with a butter cream enriched with vanilla and crowned with a whole pecan nut. With its signature "N", this praline is one of the classics among Neuhaus pralines.
