Neuhaus Champagne Chocolates
price:$39.90
Sparkling wine, like chocolate, is a celebration of true craftsmanship and a festive companion to our pralines. It inspired our Maîtres Chocolatiers to invent four exquisite multi-layered pralines, each one crafted to be savored with sparkling wine.
Belgian Top Sommelier Yanick Dehandschutter collaborated with our Maîtres Chocolatiers to provide a series of sparkling wine pairing recommendations to create the best possible flavor combinations for this collection. The four chocolate flavors include:
Millesime Citron: Almond praliné with toasted sunflower paste, lemon from Spain, and lime powder finished off with white chocolate. Keynote: Lemon. Pair with Extra Brut Champagne.
Millesime Yucatan: Caramel d’Isigny with Yucatan honey (from Mexico), finished off with white chocolate and turmeric powder. Keynote: Honey. Pair with Demi Sec Sparkling Wine.
Millesime Pomme: Ganache with Granny Smith apples from France, Muscovado sugar, Arabica coffee beans and origin chocolate from Vietnam (80% cocoa). Key note: Apple. Pair with Rosé Sparkling Wine.
Millesime Chili: Ganache with origin chocolate from Madagscar (72% cocoa) and chili powder. Key note: Chili. Pair with Vintage Sparkling Wine.
The box contains 24 pieces total. Chocolates do not contain alcohol. Sparkling Wine is not included.
