Well, 2020 has certainly been a trying time for all of us. I don’t think there will be anyone who will not be happy to see this year behind us. In some ways, this year has seemed to linger on forever while in other ways, the year has seemed to fly by us all.

We at The Frenchman’s Corner would like to sincerely thank all of our patrons for their continued support this year! Your kind words have been very much appreciated. We know that we were lucky to be able to remain open when most of our other neighboring merchants and restaurants were forced to close earlier this year. We certainly hope that will not happen again in the coming months until a Covid-19 vaccine is finally approved and release to the general public. In the meantime, while many are still being very cautious about going out in public, we want to let you know that we are still here to help you to take care of that sweet tooth or a need for some gourmet items to elevate treats that you may make at home or those gifts that you need for family and friends. We are still offering, in-store shopping, online shopping and curbside pickup everyone. We will be offering a new personal shopping experience where you will have the entire shop to yourself, working with one of our talented chocolate consultants to find just the right gifts for this upcoming Christmas Season.

As we approach the Holidays, we will be stocking up on some specialty European treats that will help you to still enjoy some of your holiday traditions, even if the crowd may be a little smaller than in years past. We will carry our normal line of chocolate and pre-packaged chocolates (good for gifts) as well as our normal gourmet items and gift items. We encourage all of our patrons to shop small and shop local to help keep all of our neighboring Culpeper merchants downtown in business. We wish everyone good health and happiness. Stay safe, wear a face covering and we will all get through this together!
